About me

I am a lifelong health and nutrition advocate.

I am here to help women access the knowledge and support they need, so they can unleash the power from within and build the healthy lives they desire, for themselves and their families.

Being a women and mother changes the perspective of science; sometimes decision making is more nuanced than interpreting data. It’s also about personal experiences.

As a people connector, I’m driven by opportunities to support and relate to those around me. I find that sharing food and the stories around it, is core to connecting with others.

This has been the northstar throughout my career, becoming the central theme of every academic endeavor from my extracurricular studies in high school to my undergraduate and graduate degrees and professional coaching certification, all focused on nutritional sciences, dietetics, public health, and wellness.

At work and in my personal life, I’m known as a human chameleon. I adapt well; a trait that helped me many times already, such as moving from Austria to the US (for love and grad school)

I listen to those who need it, talk when my input is required, observe when interpretation will help, and find creative solutions when nothing else works.

I am an avid believer in healthy behaviors and practice what I preach, so you will likely find me walking in meetings, or preparing healthy foods and snacks.

In roles across Europe and the U.S., I’ve worked in different kinds of nutrition organizations - from quality management of food products, to serving as a dietitian and online wellness coach, to writing educational content and programs to establishing the nutrition foundation inside of a self-care company.
